Performance Assessment
Your Starting Point
Every athlete begins with an Athleo Performance Assessment. We evaluate movement quality, strength, speed, power, and athletic ability to establish a baseline and identify areas for development. The assessment helps our coaches understand the athlete’s current abilities, set appropriate goals, and recommend the right training path. Progress is then tracked and reassessed as the athlete develops.

Book an Athleo Performance Assessment through the Fit Collect App. Download the app, create your account add your athlete under family account. Then select Performance Assessment under Appointments. Our coaches will evaluate their current abilities and recommend the appropriate training path.
