Our Private Performance Training provides athletes with individualized coaching and a customized development plan designed to improve speed, strength, power, movement, and overall athletic performance.
Each session is tailored to the athlete's goals, sport, age, and training experience to ensure focused development and measurable results.
Membership Options:
• 4 Sessions Monthly
• 8 Sessions Monthly
Appointments are scheduled through the Fit Collect app and are available on a first-come, first-served basis based on coach availability.
